Navigating to Baby Beach from central Aruba means committing to the island's southern axis. Route 1A departs the hotel strip at Eagle Beach and runs parallel to the coast through Oranjestad, then bends inland past the airport perimeter. Traffic thins beyond San Nicolas, where the road narrows and the landscape shifts to scrub and coral rock. The final kilometer into Seroe Colorado is marked by refinery structures on the left and open coastline on the right. A paved parking lot marks the terminus, with the beach visible through a gap in the low dunes. Most visitors drive rental vehicles or arrange private transfers, as public bus service to Seroe Colorado operates infrequently and requires a transfer in San Nicolas. The return journey retraces the same route, with San Nicolas offering the nearest fuel stations and convenience stores. The road to Baby Beach doubles as access to the island's windward shore, where the California Lighthouse and Alto Vista Chapel sit on northern headlands. Few tourists combine both in a single circuit, but the southern route rewards those willing to venture beyond the resort perimeter.
